Liked: Staff was absolutely amazing except for Jose and maintenance
Disliked: We had no television for 4 days, repeatedly asked and was told maintenance was coming.. they NEVER showed up, the pool location is ridiculous, people from the lobby and the parking lot can look right in and watch you swim, need to have some kind of blinds, I paid a 150 deposit and was told I would get it back or could use it at the store there, went down to get snacks and still had to pay cash I asked why it didn't come off my deposit they said I would get the whole deposit back upon check out, it's been over a month now and I've not received my $150 back at all!! The front counter girls were absolutely amazing, breakfast could have more options in my opinion, location is ideal. Beds were urine stained also.

Liked: The facilities were nice and modern
Disliked: There were people having a party in the room across from us. For two nights in a row we called the front desk to complain, and they assured us they would do something. Whatever they did seemed temporary however as the noise levels would go up again after a while. The whole ordeal was horrendous as we were in town just for the weekend, and had little sleep on both nights. I feel like the front desk could have done more, especially since we made several complaints about the noise levels
