Disappointing
Liked: The facilities were nice and modern
Disliked: There were people having a party in the room across from us. For two nights in a row we called the front desk to complain, and they assured us they would do something. Whatever they did seemed temporary however as the noise levels would go up again after a while. The whole ordeal was horrendous as we were in town just for the weekend, and had little sleep on both nights. I feel like the front desk could have done more, especially since we made several complaints about the noise levels

Liked: The cleanliness and the lady who checked us in.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible not enough for the amount of guest in the hotel. The manager was rude. The pool was very small and had a sign limiting to only 8 people (for the entire hotel)

Liked: The lady who worked the front desk, Rion, was amazing. She was exceptionally nice and compassionate. Rion did her best to help everyone who needed it. Whether it be checking in/out, needing additional linens, or even trying to help customers with maintenance issues.
Disliked: There were a lot of kids unsupervised and running up & down the hall Saturday evening which made it difficult to fall asleep.
