Liked: Facilities, staff and location were all great.
Disliked: We don't like the use of plastic cutlery and non reusable plates. We know this is common practice in USA but it feels cheap and shows little consideration for the planet.

Memorable because of the reasons...

Liked: Perfect location. We stayed for 2 weeks because our daughter lives close by. The staff was outstanding, making us feel so welcome. There was an issue with the shower door and they immediately moved us to another room (next door). They even comped for one night because of the inconvenience. The room was also roomy and comfortable.

Okay, noisy

Disliked: The hotel was fairly nice and the beds were comfortable, but our stay was noisy the first night. Could hear people above us and also out in the hall door slamming. I thought it would be a better quality hotel as far as noise insulation.
