Liked: The property was very nice and clean for the most part. There was a little construction going on that they had stuff blocked off.

Won’t stay here again, not...
Liked: The room was partially renovated.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the tub was rusted, the room was not ready as it was missing blankets for the sofa bed, the trash cans had no plastic bag and the pool was being remodeled. It wasn’t worth the price as the pics showed an indoor pool to use, ni there wasn’t.

Pleasant
Liked: Was not told about construction. Pool was inoperable. Breakfast selection was horrible. Loud construction noise all the way on 4th floor.

Skip this property!
Liked: The property was okay, room was unexpectedly nice.
Disliked: Property was ongoing a MAJOR renovation (BEYOND the point others close their properties during)(walked in an Emergency Exit door, checked in at a makeshift Front Desk set up in a Conference Room, walked through a construction zone to get to the elevator). Was NEVER told they charge…wait for it…$12.00 PER NIGHT for a PARKING SPOT in their parking lot that BADLY needs potholes filled in and repaved before someone twists/breaks an ankle!). Didn’t discover the charge until I got the emailed receipt later the next day (the printer was ‘down’. Don’t try calling the General Manager to ask about it. He/She are as elusive as the Santa Clause! I have said in LOTS of SpringHills, it’s one of my preferred chains, but I’d HIGHLY advise skipping this one, I will be! There’s other Hotels right next door

Not our typical SpringHill.
Liked: Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Very strong paint smell in the room. Also, when we came into the parking lot a couple of transients were by the dumpster. A little unnerving.
