Very good

Liked: Nice hotel. We liked the bath/shower separate from the toilet-separate rooms.
Disliked: Not your fault. Got there too late to enjoy amenities like the lounge/bar. We had to leave too early to catch a flight, so no breakfast. We did enjoy our nap.

Liked: Everything was nice. It was clean no issues.
Disliked: They charged us 1520 then called and said we owed them 341 dollars because they took only 1,000 and the rest was coming back on the card so they could charge it again. So they couldn’t check us out their room because they don’t take the whole thing even though they take the whole balance. It’s too weeks and a couple of days since I stayed there and the money is still not back on the card and they are saying we still owe the money even though we gave them the full 1520. On my account it’s just showing as pending. They should really take the full amount when they authorize it instead of playing around and taking some and giving money back just to charge the card again to get the full amount. I honestly would not recommend this hotel to anybody just because of this. It’s stressful. We paid for this room COMPLETELY so we shouldn’t have had a balance but because they charge the full balance but only take part of it and make you wait for the rest to come on your card your left looking like you owe a balance to them and you really don’t. It’s June 23rd and still says pending. They will tell you it’s a problem with your bank when it’s really on their end.

Liked: It was a nice place. Just don’t get a room streetside especially on Saturday night.
Disliked: We had to have them fix the TV and bring a hairdryer.
