Liked: Staff was super friendly; hotel was spotless; room was clean and comfortable and convenient to our cheer competition. We enjoyed the stay and will be back in February for another competition.

I will recommend this hotel to all of my co-workers and all of my church members! This was a stressful drive from Lubbock to Dallas, but your hotel made me so relaxed and comfortable! The staff was courteous, and friendly. The cleaning crew was very professional. The internet room and workout room and swimming pool were all clean and inviting! The breakfast spread was out of this world! Fresh food at just the right temperature and so much variety. I saw nothing but pleasing faces. I appreciated the little store too because I did not have to go hunt a drug store or grocery store in the middle of the night. My ten gallon hat off to you and your hardworking staff!

Liked: The receptionist wendy had to argue with about my bookings and keep telling me a made mistake instead of just fixing it for me. We also requested for new towels but nobody came up and instead we came down to ask for it. We stayed for 5 nights.

Pleasant short stay

Liked: Very clean, pretty good breakfast, convenient location and it was really quiet when we stayed, which was nice since my wife is a light sleeper. We would stay again in the future. Very happy with the experience.
Disliked: Not much to mention. I will mention that if you happen to stay on the west side of the hotel it can be a little loud at times because you are so close to the President George Bush turnpike (tollroad). If you want a really quiet room I would request a room on the east side, away from the toll road.
