SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas NW Highway at Stemmons/I-35E

Great stay, great location, great...

Liked: Very convenient location right in between the airport and downtown. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. I would say breakfast was above average for your typical continental hotel breakfast.
Disliked: The area surrounding the hotel is a little confusing to navigate as there are two intersecting highways and several access ways.

Nice hotel

Liked: The front host was very efficient and accommodating. She called to check on us once we made it to the room to make sure everything was ok. When I needed help with the TV someone came to my room immediately. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of towels, the pool area was nice with seating and tables. The complimentary breakfast was on point. I loved the cucumber and lemon water. I was able to use the computer and print out the kids tickets to six flags. It was in a convenient location because everywhere I traveled was near.
Disliked: The beds were too firm for my taste, therefore, I wasn't really comfortable sleeping. There were a little rust on the bathroom door hinges and shower rod.

Disliked: Just be aware as in any hotel strange man was knocking late at night I don't have a good feeling of his intentions I told staff and they checked on it quickly overall I love this hotel good breakfast as well
