Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even giving us suggestions for good places to eat lunch.

Brief but satisfying.

Liked: What prompted me to make a reservation was the proximity to the meeting place on Lakeside Pkwy. The room was Great and the staff was very courteous.

Liked: The location is convenient for me.Thats the reason I choose this hotel.I have not had any safety issues at this place
Disliked: I arrived by a late evening flight on 3rd Sept.I had requested an airport shuttle pick up when I booked a room,but nobody bothered to reply.After landing I called the concierge for shuttle pick up.The lady there couldn't find my booking despite spelling my name 3-4 times and giving my confirmation number.All she had to say was you dont have a booking with us.It was 9 pm and I was seriously stressed as I had nowhere to go.I decided to take a Uber to the hotel.After reaching on handing my ID to the elde lady at the front desk,she agreed that all the while she was spelling my name wrongly and therefore couldn't find my booking.She apologised but that to me that is not enough.Marriott is a worldwide chain.Staff need to be cognizant that there will be people of different nationalities with varied names. Not understanding names is no excuse and that too after repeated attempts to spell it out alphabet by alphabet.I requested her to involve a colleague to help with checking the booking, but she seemed adamant that there was no booking with my name.This is beside the point that staff need to check thoroughly about telling a guest they don't have a booking at 9 pm in the night.This is hospitality business mind you.I am disappointed by this.This particular Marriott is where I would prefer to stay as its close to my Workplace in FW. But I will have second thoughts going forward.Especially given that this is not the only hotel in the vicinity.

Awesome Staff

Liked: I loved the friendliness of every staff, whether it was the morning or evening staff. They were polite professional and Awesome! Even during breakfast, any empty plate, We were asked if they could take it away for us. Never experienced that at a continental breakfast.
Disliked: The pool was not clean. Looked muggy! It was my wife's and I Anniversary and we wanted to spend some time in the pool.

Liked: Breakfast was good, just a little crowded seeing that the hotel was quite fully booked. The room was very nice and clean and the location was superb.
Disliked: As said, it was a bit crowded with breakfast but that is a "good" problem as far as the hotel is concerned seeing that there was a lot of people wanting breakfast.

Pleasingly comfortable, restful, and well...

Liked: Surprising nice breakfast. Good choices for everyone and very tasty.
Disliked: Really, we have no complaints.
