Liked: Comfortable bed, refrigerator, couch, good air conditioning, good shower, elevators, best breakfast choices I’ve ever seen, good coffee, fresh cold water available all day

Liked: The staff was nice and Lisa was exceptionally great. Breakfast was great along with the server. Great location. Amenities were great. Grandbaby enjoy the hot tub but didn't get in the outdoor pool filled with insects.
Disliked: Every long day I spent in California ended with a terrible rest in the full beds. Uncomfortable and the base was very squeaky everytime we sat on the bed. Disappointed and maybe room #201 need mattresses change

Great value and service for...

Liked: Nice quiet street next to lots of food and shopping. The staff was great, very helpful and gracious. Lots of options for rooms and prices which was unexpected.
Disliked: Unfortunately the handicap pool lift was not working so no swimming for us.

Won’t be back

Disliked: Sofa had a deep sag in the middle, bed had very hard spots in my ribs, tub shower drain was plugged, A/C unit was so loud I shut it off and opened a window, breakfast area floor was sticky and they charged $10 for parking. None of the other comparable hotels in the area charge for parking. I will return to Hilton properties.,
