Staff were friendly, hotel was...

Liked: The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The walls of the room were dirty. There were items from a previous guest in the let out bed of the sofa. The floor on the elevator was filthy. The pool was ‘out of service’ which was inconvenient, as that’s the reason we chose this hotel over another option.
