Liked: Breakfast was family-friendly on the weekends.
Disliked: Night staff female guest host and front desk very rude our entire stay. Our room was 85 degrees. When we checked in, the AC unit in our room did not work, and our room was never below 73 degrees despite the AC running constantly. Would not move us to a different room either. In addition, throughout the weekend, we had multiple encounters with her over and over being rude, even as far as yelling at our group of kids.

Great family time

Liked: I LOVED THE STAY AT SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT!!! The rooms were GREAT, spacious, and clean. The breakfast was very good. I can't wait to return!
