SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cleveland Solon

Everything about the hotel was great. Enjoyed the room and the staff was kind and friendly. I purchased three King rooms for myself, and each of my sons. Everyone loved the comfort of the beds, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Nothing bad to say.

Liked: I appreciated the professionalism and the cleanliness. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful ☺️ I really appreciate being able to watch Friday Night Smackdown in the Jacuzzi
Disliked: The kitchen/dining area should have a microwave.

Great hotel . Horrible staff

Liked: I love how much space the rooms had!!
Disliked: I didn’t like the way the staff made me feel I extended my stay for a night, informed, a housekeeper, and a steel cleaned out my stuff. When I returned a pair of shoes was missing in the housekeeping and the supervisor did nothing about. It actually made me feel very uncomfortable, very unpleasant. It was very racist to me.

Disliked: It was soooooo cold in our room. The ac would not turn off! Even under the blankets it was freezing. My mother was in another room and said the same thing
