SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cleveland Solon

Everything about the hotel was great. Enjoyed the room and the staff was kind and friendly. I purchased three King rooms for myself, and each of my sons. Everyone loved the comfort of the beds, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Nothing bad to say.

Liked: The location to our event. Love the suite with semi private bedroom and sitting room. Shower was great.
Disliked: Not crazy about the sausage pattie. Otherwise breakfast was good.

Disliked: My room was not cleaned it was pubic hair soap and toothbrush in shower sheets and towels was dirty we was given a new room and that room was also dirty it was eyelashes stuck to the night stand and bedding didn't have a pleasant smell. Breakfast was nasty and people was letting there kids cough all over the bread box, Breakfast was part of the reason I booked here but I still had to go purchase Breakfast

Liked: And all the rooms the chairs were broken. The breakfast was not good, They had too many people at this hotel and it was very noisy. The pool was so overcrowded that we couldn't even play ourselves. Nobody came in and said nothing or did anything
Disliked: I like that. The family could get together and one location but the noise was too much
