SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Midtown

The hotel was nice and clean; the staff was very polite and I had a lovely room in the best spot, close to the door. I will be back.

Liked: The nice clean room and courteous staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great place to stay, friendly...

Liked: The property itself was very nice and felt welcoming with great essential amenities. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location. Elevators very quick. Pool was refreshing.
Disliked: Our bathroom door in 314 was very hard to close and noisy making it difficulty to shut at night when trying to not disrupt sleep of others. The breakfast options were a little to be desired as far as cooked items personally.

Came for a game and...

Liked: Location was great for the Reds game
Disliked: Breakfast could’ve been improved

Disliked: Location, musty smell in room, rolling bathroom doors that don’t lock! Pull out couch was small and was more of a roll out couch that was rough to sleep on

A great place to stay...

Liked: The hotel was clean, the parking lot was secure, the staff were super friendly. It is close by (short drive) to the downtown area. Breakfast was good. They had already gotten the air conditioning on in the room before we arrived so the room was comfortable.
Disliked: One of the staff members managing the breakfast bar wasn’t super friendly and was snapping at guests for not understanding how to work the waffle machine.

Liked: The hospitality given by Paul the evening manager, Vivian @ the front desk and Carlos the maintenance man. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: Everything met my expectations, the value of hotel for length of stay was good, the people were nice, And the breakfast was decent...

Amazing staff and comfortable rooms

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The hallways were very hot, glass shattered in parking lot

Very expensive for what you...

Liked: Excellent front desk staff, location was good. Nice lobby and bar area.
Disliked: Breakfast poor and only open until 09.30 at which point everything was gone, very rude breakfast and cleaning staff, room was not cleaned or beds made every day, noisy rooms, dirty sofas in rooms, v expensive bar.

Poor

Liked: The room was very clean and quiet despite being next to the interstate.
Disliked: Moldy food, waffle batter was so thin that they weren't cooking properly, employee dealing with the food had a very bad attitude. We ended up not even eating at all.
