The hotel was nice and clean; the staff was very polite and I had a lovely room in the best spot, close to the door. I will be back.

Wonderful hotel!

Liked: Everything was modern and beautiful. Very clean. The staff was exceptional. Especially Brea and Brittany. I was sick when I arrived and they were so accommodating and kind. I cant say enough about them. Thank you SO much!
Disliked: Just being in Cincinnati. It's so hard to locate places. Nothing at all to do with the hotel...just Cincinnati in general.

Liked: Staff was wonderful and very inviting. Clean and quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok, but we ended up going elsewhere to eat as there weren't many options. Sofa bed was uncomfortable, so we bought an air mattress for our child to sleep on. Not great lighting in room.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable hotel with welcoming lobby and small bar. Not far from the Great American Ballpark and Riverfront (5-minute Uber ride). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Paid parking in small lot in front of hotel or parking garage.
