The hotel was nice and clean; the staff was very polite and I had a lovely room in the best spot, close to the door. I will be back.

Disappointing in almost every way.

Liked: Poor location. Acceptable breakfast.
Disliked: Before I booked I asked for special assurances: a quiet room away from elevators, stairwells and any ice machines. The hotel replied that they could meet that special request so I booked the stay. What did I get? Yep, a room near the elevators and directly across from an ice machine. I did not sleep well. Also, the hotel is adjacent to a busy highway and there was traffic noise all night. I have recently been treated for heart trouble and I did not need that stress. They switched rooms for the 2nd day but only after management was pressured. I was glad to leave. That stay was a poor experience.
