I had an OK stay here. Not much to do in the immediate area. I would not want to stay here for more than one night. The staff were really good though. I was impressed by the services they provided.

Liked: Clean hotel. Nice staff. Very accommodating.
Disliked: Hotel needs updating. Breakfast was not very good.

It was a good location for O'Hare ORD and our downtown destination. Loved Outback Steakhouse for dinner. For someone who does not take the opportunity to travel often, I would recommend this hotel. Very enjoyable.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean. Lobby and breakfast area were very welcoming. Did not have time to use pool or fitness areas, but they were nice and enjoyed by other guests. Breakfast was awesome - something for everyone and very well maintained.
Disliked: Rooms could use some updating, especially the bathroom - just a little tired looking.

Overall we enjoyed our time....

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location easy to find. Staff friendly. Room clean and orderly.
Disliked: No vending throughout the hotel, only at front desk. Paid parking (I paid to stay here, I shouldn't have to pay to park too). No travel sized products in the room, all full size (unsanitary when used by other guest before/after).

Liked: Incredibly friendly staff and the room was spotless.Kids loved using the pool and it was a great stop off for an early morning flight out of Chicago o hare.
