SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago O'Hare

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel location is nicely located - accessible to downtown.

I had an OK stay here. Not much to do in the immediate area. I would not want to stay here for more than one night. The staff were really good though. I was impressed by the services they provided.

Liked: Clean hotel. Nice staff. Very accommodating.
Disliked: Hotel needs updating. Breakfast was not very good.

It was a good location for O'Hare ORD and our downtown destination. Loved Outback Steakhouse for dinner. For someone who does not take the opportunity to travel often, I would recommend this hotel. Very enjoyable.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean. Lobby and breakfast area were very welcoming. Did not have time to use pool or fitness areas, but they were nice and enjoyed by other guests. Breakfast was awesome - something for everyone and very well maintained.
Disliked: Rooms could use some updating, especially the bathroom - just a little tired looking.

Liked: Everything was great! The breakfast had a large selection.
Disliked: To park on site at the hotel is an additional $30 plus dollars a night. So when you book, add that to your nightly rate when you compare to other hotels.

Liked: It was outdated but clean. Staff was nice.
Disliked: The bedd could be more comfortable. Parking was $32. The pool was really busy so we didn’t end up using it.

Liked: Loved the shuttle track app they use for the airport shuttle. I called for the on demand pick up from ORD T5 and the next round I could see the shuttle coming for us. Friendly drivers and reception staff. Hotel is really convenient for an airport night over.
