Disliked: Elevator in the hotel & the elevator from the hotel to the parking garage was not working ( major inconvenience) .

A very good hotel overall,...

Liked: Location, cleanness of the hotel and hospitality.
Disliked: Breakfast should have more options and the room cleaning should be done daily if requested. I requested a room cleaning from my 2-days stay and did not get.

Disliked: I was a little disappointed because it said we were gonna have a high city view and we were only on the 19th floor.

We would book SpringHill again!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful! They gave us a room close to other family members and answered all of our questions. Our view was great...nice for our German relatives!
Disliked: Breakfast was very good & tables were cleaned quickly. Coffee could be a bit better in flavor, but this was minor considering all that was available.
