AC/DC Concert and the part...
Liked: The staff were very friendly. We loved our room and Chinatown was my favorite part of Chicago so far.
Disliked: I didn't think the breakfast was very good. I was hoping for better since the room was expensive.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless.
Disliked: The location was very good and convenient to heading into downtown, but the neighborhood close by was not what I expected as far feeling safe.

Liked: Very clean facility and friendly staff. The host Brian provided me great tips for getting to my concert venue. The location is convenient to the spots I wanted to visit. Highly recommend this hotel!

Terrible, they will scam you!
Disliked: My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon, hoping to relax and get some rest during our long cross-country drive. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but restful.We were only there for about 6–8 hours, and even though $210 was out of our budget, we decided to treat ourselves. However, when we arrived around 2 a.m., we were charged $270 instead. I explained that I had booked in advance at a different rate, but the front desk staff said there was nothing she could do and that the manager could help me in the morning.That night, instead of relaxing, I spent time calling customer service and filing a report. They told me the property itself would need to resolve it. By then, our night was already ruined — I couldn’t sleep, and it added so much stress to what was supposed to be a special trip.In the morning, the manager told me the difference would be refunded. Days later, I checked my statement — and instead of $210, I was charged $240. It might not seem like a huge difference, but the stress, disappointment, and lack of transparency made it feel worse.No matter how nice the room was, I couldn’t enjoy it. I left feeling frustrated and completely let down. I’ll never be able to trust this property or the booking platform again. I expected better, especially on a trip that meant so much to us.Very disappointed — and I hope others don’t have to go through this
