Nice hotel in chinatown

Liked: Nice hotel with spacious room in China Town Chicago. Friendly staff and very good complementary breakfast.
Disliked: Its a bit out from downtown but the train/metro brings you in downtown in 5m. Its a bit noisy die to train track an Highway behind the hotel. We also had a vibrating floor sometimes...due to an airco or somerhing.

Liked: I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The room amenities were great with a comfortable bed, a shower, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a convenient desk. Being just a 7-minute walk from the metro made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The area felt safe and pleasant, adding to my overall comfort.The staff were exceptional. Despite facing payment issues during my check-in on June 20th, they handled the situation with incredible kindness and patience, going out of their way to assist me. Every interaction with your team was warm and welcoming, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest.I commend your hotel for its guest-oriented approach and wish you continued success. I look forward to staying with you again in the future :)
