Great stay. Comfy beds abd...
Liked: The staff was very accommodating. Always sharing a smile. And a good word.

Liked: The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, welcoming, and happy. Our travel plans were interrupted and the staff helped us check in so that we wouldn't have our reservation cancelled for nor arriving on our initial day. The beds were VERY comfortable and the type of sofa sleeper was so much more comfortable than a pull out couch/bed. There was plenty of extra bedding in the room for the sofa bed so it was nice not having to call for it. Everyone slept well. The room could be total blackout because of great shades. Very clean!!!! The air-conditioning worked well but would love continuous fan setting. It was quiet despite being in the middle of a large group. Loved the fridge AND microwave in each room. The shower products were nice. There was NO mold or mildew in the shower edges!!!
Disliked: Breakfast was great, but the set-up is very prohibitive to allowing the guests to eat in a timely fashion when crowded. It was so busy that we didn't even bother trying for breakfast on the second day or we wouldn't arrive to our event on time. The hotel was MUCH further from our destination than what the Booking.com app showed, no matter what route you drove. This was very frustrating and NOT the fault of the hotel.

Disliked: Need friendly staff.... The Manager has to come and extend my stay with the same rates to keep me there... I thank God she was there.... If she wasn't, I would had to find a different hotel

Liked: Even though the property is a bit outdated it was clean for the most part.
Disliked: At check in I was told that there was some issue with my card even though I showed confirmation of payment. Then they confirmed they do see it and requested to run my card for incidentals. Prior to arrival I requested a quiet room because we travel with a baby and yet our room was next to ice machine. 227 is a suite with two queen beds, the one closer to the door has super squeaky mattress that has to be replaced and the bed next to the window is so close to the AC that it is not pleasant to sleep there. Pillows are not comfortable. There were some smears on the bathroom sink but overall the room seemed clean.During check out there was a stall again but Rose confirmed the booking was prepaid. The moment we left the hotel I got double charged for the room. When I called the hotel they told me they contacted booking.com and the latter claimed twice that they did not receive any payment from me which is incorrect because I have confirmation. In the end I had to contact booking and they did confirm that it was wrong on hotel’s side to charge me and that it will be disputed.
