Very poor

Liked: Not too far from the location of our family graduation ceremony and graduation.
Disliked: No AC in room, went to front desk to inform, no accommodations made. Was told they were sold out, hvac person came said it should be working but the temperature stayed around 77-78 all night. Being that it was late we had no choice but to stay with our young kids because it was late at night.

I would not stay at...

Liked: Close to the tournament we were playing at. Also 25 min from the boardwalk activities.
Disliked: Advertised as air conditioning and pool available. Our room was extremely hot. It was above 80 degrees and continued to rise. Spoke to staff then sent maintenance to fix however they gave us the runaround and never repaired. To find out hvac had just been serviced and other rooms and floors had similar AC issues. They should have been honest about their issuance we could have changed hotels.

Disliked: Room could’ve been cleanerwe didn’t have soap for the room.The soap dispenser in the shower did not have soap in the hotel did not have any to give to us. They were short of towels every day.I had to wash clothes and their laundry facility for guest was absolutely disgusting
