Liked: Room was clean and spacious,Shower was nice with hot water and good pressure,AC kept us coolUsed the indoor pool for night swimming
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. It was really soft and I enjoy firmer mattressesThere was a small mix up with our room number. Before our checkout time (we were still asleep), I got a phone call from the front desk saying that they had received our key cards and needed to process incidental charges. To the best we can clarify, someone accidentally made two sets of key cards for our room. I know it was a simple mistake, but it meant an earlier than we wanted wake time and the concern over the mistake. The receptionist was nice about it, but I hope that doesn't occur in the future.

A good place to stay...

Liked: Great location. Really nice staff who were very helpful and generous. The breakfast was good with a range of items to choose from. The room was spacious.
Disliked: The hotel looks a little tired from the outside. The gym is poor with only 6 machines, no TV remote and limited weights with no mats to stretch or uses

Yeah um NO.

Liked: Location is near my school and safe for a single woman traveling alone.
Disliked: This isn’t my first time at this property. Last time the pool was open, house keeping did a wonderful job. I wanted to use the pool because the weather was bad and they have an indoor pool. The pool was closed but. My bed linen appeared to be clean but smelled like men’s cologne. I called the desk they had no one to come change my linen i had to go get my own linen and change it myself. It wasn’t a big deal that I had to change it. The issue was why wasn’t a room that I just checked into properly cleaned? You would have thought they would have offered something. 25% off my next visit or something a soda or even a bottle of $5 water but no just a simple sorry. I also had to take the dirty linen downstairs or leave it outside of my room door but house keeping wasn’t coming back until the next day. So i was supposed to just walk past this dirty linen all night as I’m in and out? My first experience here was wonderful. I wonder what happened.

Disliked: At checkout they refused to give me a receipt stating that I was booked by a third party but yet they sent a bill to my email?? Make it make sense??
