I would stay again.
Liked: Location was perfect, clean breakfast was good. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Air in room came on and off for long periods of time. So it was either freezing or really hot. Could not manage thru thermostat.

Liked: We mainly loved the close proximity to Carowinds. The room was very nice and spacious. We liked the sliding barn doors too. Nice variety for breakfast.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.

FRONT DESK IS HORRIBLE, PAULINA...
Liked: I did not eat the breakfast, I was very much ready to leave this establishment.
Disliked: I paid early on booking.com. I tried to check in and Paulina Johnson tells me I haven't paid and need to pay for the room. I showed her on booking.com and my Wells Fargo account that it's been paid for. She continues to deny me a room stating I need to pay. She says I reserved the room with a MasterCard and I don't own a MasterCard. She prints out a statement saying the room hasn't been paid for. I then have to call booking com to figure this out. Paulina Johnson continued to argued with me instead of trying to find a solution considering the room I paid for was over $300. She refused to hear anything I was saying and was persistent of me paying again. I told her and showed her my Wells Fargo account again where it states paid and on this site. The customer service rep from booking.com called and told Paulina how to show payment of room in her system. She didn't apologize or anything. I will not be going back here nor will I use this site again.
