SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte at Carowinds

Great location and space for...

Liked: The location was great. The rooms were the biggest I’ve seen in a long time and we got the chance to pick what floor to stay on. It was also a bar there so it was really no need to leave the hotel. I also enjoy the patio with the fire pit with lots of seating.
Disliked: The pool was not opened yet. The doors were heavy so it was hard at times to get in the side entrance and sometimes the room.

Liked: Place is clean, you can see Carowinds from the lobby, cleant location, nice parking lot and nice landscape.Rooms are nice and bigger than most
Disliked: Most reviews say that people here are nice but is not true, these ladies at the front desk are rude and don't care about customer, I was ignored when I approach the front desk and I was racially profiled.I hope a manager see this and take better care of customers
