Liked: It was easy to get to. The room was nice and breakfast was well staffed.
Disliked: The mattress wasn’t great. It needed to be flipped. It’s sort of went down in a spot where everybody sits on the edge of the bed. So I sort of felt like my head was lower than my feet all night.

Liked: The room layout was nice.
Disliked: was under renovation.

Liked: Close proximity to Highway. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Pool and fitness center were under renos and no such notice when booking nor any allowance for this. Parking lot looks like a war zone. Certainly not deserving of 8.2 rating. Closest grill was Ruby Tuesdays and it was quite mediocre.

Customer service was not acceptable!...

Liked: They were painting the breakfast area and the lobby was torn up.
Disliked: I was not informed of this prior to my arrival.

Decent

Liked: The staff was okay.
Disliked: We didn’t like that they were not forthcoming that the hotel is currently under renovation before booking. Certain facilities could not be used bc of the renovations; such as the pool are, and bathroom facilities down stairs at checkin.

Disliked: Pool and fitness room not open
