Great stay

Liked: Excellent location. Everything was clean. Room was beautiful. Bathroom had a bit of extreme wear but not enough to complain about . Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi
Disliked: We had a room on the first floor next to the breakfast area. People loudly walk through and kids yell and things. Our first night we couldn’t sleep from all the noise and paper thin walls. If they give you a room located near the lobby, change rooms!

Liked: The front desk person.
Disliked: The dirtiness. The beds. It was not clean at all and made myself and my family very uncomfortable. It appeared to have a white substance (powder) on the stairs when we first got there..

I would not stay here...

Liked: The service was very friendly.
Disliked: The rooms need a lot of updating. Hallway outside of rooms smell soured.

Liked: Beautiful spaces and views. Breakfast area and lobby very nice places to be. In our first room we didn't prefer the view so we requested a room change for the second night, which they granted cheerfully, and it was great, comfortable, nicer. Beautiful view of the boats and water.
Disliked: The carpets in the hallways and stairs and other details such as the slightly banged up furniture in the lobby are visibly old and in need of replacement, or in the case of the carpets at least a good steam clean.

Liked: Location was great. Staff was great.
Disliked: The pull out bed was dirty. None of my kids were willing to sleep on it so we had to squeeze together in the other beds.

We loved location, room size...

Liked: Free Breakfast the staff kept the area tidy there were a lot of guests in the dining area. Room was as described and spacious for the amount of beds
Disliked: No fan in toilet/shower room. Approved for late check out and housekeeping kept knocking even with door hanger that said DND
