Ruined our trip.

Liked: Stylish. EV charging.
Disliked: They charged me extra for a room with two double beds, then only had a king room, which was awkward for my 17 year old daughter and I. The latch on the bathroom door was broken.

Liked: Beautiful facility and well trained, professional staff.
Disliked: Lighting was awful. Manager should spend a night.Your listing stated that pets were not allowed, but there were 2 dogs at breakfast. I have allergies to pet dander so it seems unfair that they ignore the policy without notice. Price was high but we were willing to pay for the pet free environment. We were disappointed and will not return.

Liked: New. Comfortable beds. Very courteous staff. Wonderful breakfast. Loved the toppings for the oatmeal!

Liked: I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff at the hotel were. The women at the front desk was just incredible - happy, helpful and kind. The bartender was also a pleasure to chat with and spoke highly of the staff at the hotel. The room we had was lovely and so clean!
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that I had to get up so early and leave!
