Great for families
Liked: Staff Eli and Natalie were amazing. Anything we needed they took care of. They were very friendly and sweet. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendants were very attentive. The housekeeper was very nice. Enjoyed the fitness center and pool but it was quite cold. Room was very large and nicely set up. The guest laundry was a definite plus.
Disliked: The phone in our room did not work and the fan in the bathroom quit working on the second night. These were not huge issues just some general maintenance. Alerted the front desk and they offered to over us but we let them know that it was unnecessary just wanted them to know of the issues. The pool was quite cold and the doors to the outside near the pool were open letting additional cold air in. Pool area was very slippery.

Broken heater
Liked: I liked the separation of kitchen space and sleeping space.
Disliked: Our heater was broke and on all night. It was 80 degrees all night.Additionally, the frosted glass bathroom door made the whole room light up anytime anyone needed to go to the bathroom at night. Both made for a poor night for our family and only 2 hours of sleep.

Night stay after Buffalo arrival
Liked: I liked that we could fit my whole family in one room and everyone got their own bed.
Disliked: Temperature control was tricky

Good
Disliked: We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I was charged $4.95 for “Data Service” which was not explained, and I don’t know what it was for. I emailed the hotel for an explanation but haven’t heard back yet.The heating unit in the room blew air right onto you when lying in the bed. There was no ability to re-direct the flow of air.
