Disappointment in this property. Felt...

Liked: Hotel staff entered my room unauthorized while there was a do not disturb sign on the door. I later seen her in my room on a hotel cam while I was on a day trip out of town. She wasn’t there cleaning.
Disliked: Hotel staff. A worker entered my room with a do not disturb sign on the door. Staff was not professional.

Disliked: The hotel's cleanness was not as before as it was very poor this time around. The elevators, floors, rugs etc.

Definitely won’t be recommending anyone.

Disliked: Staff were horrendous, charged my credit card for stay even tho I should them the booking reference, total ignorant, and that was meant to be the manager.

Lovely waterfront hotel

Liked: Very clean and great looking hotel. Heated pool on rooftop.
Disliked: Could use more breakfast choices.
