Good clean room, unfortunately bad...

Liked: The room seems to be new or refurbished well, clean. Had small fridge and microwave oven and coffee machine which was missing one parts....Good warm meal breakfast was available.Have Starbucks on the lobby floor, open from 5AM!Close from the Blue line station "Wonderland", and close from the Airport.
Disliked: Maintenance was bad with this building. 1 of 2 Elevators out of order, so there were only 1 elevator available. Our room was on 6th Floor, but the available elevator was not responding to 6th floor elevator hall button. Every time 6th floor guest was required to call front desk to send elevator up to 6th floor, OR, go down to 5th floor to take elevator from 5th, and the worst thing was when we checked in, front desk provided no info/explanation about the issue, unless we asked about it. So having no instruction or guidance sign on 6th floor. the unaware guests were waiting for elevator for long time...until someone comes to 6th Floor. That was really terrible handling of their own maintenance issue. We stayed 3 nights during easter weekend + Massachusetts holiday on Monday (Boston Marathon day that we came to Boston for) no fix or any notification on this issue was available till we left.One of the entrance/exit door was having problem acknowledging the guest key card.We checked in with 4 pax, but the room towel there was only 3 sets and had to call front desk to bring one more. Room seemed new but no center console for lights, and bathroom bath towel hanger was hanging loose from the wall, same for the shower handle. They need to change maintenance vendor I assume.

Liked: The location is very convenient: front beach, close to the subway. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. Room clean
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold and the elevator was not working.

Good value alternative to staying...

Liked: Large room, sea view, convenient laundry machines; right next door to subway station for easy trips into central Boston

Ocean View Suite

Liked: The location was phenomenal. Gorgeous view of the ocean and Revere Beach. Only steps from the T. Breakfast included plus an onsite restaurant and a Starbucks.

Liked: Location is great, staff were amazing, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast needs work, don’t provide thickened milk products those are specific for people with swallowing disorders; yogurt would be great.
