Was an ok stay.
Liked: It was quite even though it was a busy weekend
Disliked: They had one out of two elevator working and we were not made aware of this before arrival. This made it hard to get out of building in a timely manner having to wait much longer for the elevator. We also while waiting had staff cut right in front of us to get on a very busy elevator causing us to have to wait for another one. Sad that the guest was treated this way and the staff had no concerns about the guest. Also the hotel only cleans rooms upon request. I would hope they would clean the rooms daily unless otherwise stated not to.

Disliked: I am still waiting a respond for my e mail from property manager. I did not park my car in hotels parking lot but they charged $15.00 per day even I declared. My bill was not correct during check out and they did not fix it because of no any respond person at front desk. They charged parking fee for every day.

Liked: The location's proximity to the beach was nice, even though we didn’t visit it on this trip. Having a Starbucks connected to the lobby was very convenient.
Disliked: To start, of the two elevators in the hotel, one was completely out of service. The other was barely functioning — we waited nearly 20 minutes for it to arrive. Once inside, it became clear that the elevator had no proper floor control. We pressed the button for the lobby but were taken to the second floor, then to the parking level, then to the lower lobby, and finally to the actual lobby. At each stop, there were no guests waiting, which made the detours even more frustrating. A notice in the elevator mentioned a pending city order to halt its operation — concerning, to say the least.Our next issue was with the pool. Our children were excited to swim, but that excitement quickly faded. The pool area was unkempt, with two random swimsuits lying around. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The water itself had a murky grey tint and gave off a musty, stale smell — barely masked by chlorine.The room itself had several problems. The shower water pressure was extremely weak, making it difficult to even rinse off properly. On top of that, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty — an oversight that reflects poorly on the housekeeping standards. Additionally, we had booked a room that included a pull-out sofa, but no linens were provided for it. After calling the front desk, we had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to be delivered, which was frustrating at the end of a long day of travel.Lastly, while I appreciate that the on-site restaurant and nightclub offer a lively atmosphere, the noise from the party continued until midnight and was clearly audible from our fourth-floor room. I had an early flight and needed to be up by 2 a.m., so this made sleep nearly impossible.Overall, for a stay that cost me over $500 for a premium room, I expected much better. Elevator issues, an unusable pool, a poorly maintained room, and excessive noise made this visit extremely disappointing.

Liked: Great location right on the water and next to public transportation I didn’t have to use my car the whole time we were there
Disliked: The pool is apparently indefinitely closed I was really upset because I love swimming and purposefully book hotels that have a pool so if it’s permanently close they need to take it off the website as one of the amenities because if I had known I would not have stayed here
