Very good

Liked: Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. The store was a nice addition.
Disliked: The curtain was functional but was partially broken. The curtain rod in shower was missing a screw and was barely hanging on its holder. The toilet seat would not stay up due to improper installation.

Very disappointed!

Liked: Very quick and accessible from freeway.
Disliked: Air conditioning was broken and never received housekeeping services that were requested. Had to ask for towels every day!

Liked: Room was big.
Disliked: Staff didn’t advise where the room was or what time breakfast was at.

Liked: I loved how calm it was, and it was within 2 miles of all of the stores we wanted to go to.
Disliked: Honestly the only thing that I had an issue with was how small the pool was. It was pretty underwhelming going there after seeing the rest of the building.

Liked: Staff was great, hotel was in excellent condition. Nice sleeper sofa, good breakfasts, late check out time.
Disliked: The only complaint was the hot tub water was in need of changing.

Liked: Beds were comfortable and there was lots of space!
Disliked: The cleanliness and the lack of attention by the staff/housekeeping. We requested a top floor room when booking, but got a 3rd floor room. We stayed 5 nights, asked for housekeeping at check-in, specifically towels and trash. Each day, housekeeping never arrived except the last day, even after we made daily requests. We went to the front desk and got our own trash bags and towels and had to call for toilet paper. We also noticed food that we didn’t bring into the room in corners that was leftover from previous guests. The lights in our room were very dim and the bathroom light constantly flickered and would turnover for a few seconds at a time. We requested maintenance to check on it and the non-working bathroom fan the second day, but they never showed.
