Very good

Liked: Staff was great, hotel was in excellent condition. Nice sleeper sofa, good breakfasts, late check out time.
Disliked: The only complaint was the hot tub water was in need of changing.

Liked: Beds were comfortable and there was lots of space!
Disliked: The cleanliness and the lack of attention by the staff/housekeeping. We requested a top floor room when booking, but got a 3rd floor room. We stayed 5 nights, asked for housekeeping at check-in, specifically towels and trash. Each day, housekeeping never arrived except the last day, even after we made daily requests. We went to the front desk and got our own trash bags and towels and had to call for toilet paper. We also noticed food that we didn’t bring into the room in corners that was leftover from previous guests. The lights in our room were very dim and the bathroom light constantly flickered and would turnover for a few seconds at a time. We requested maintenance to check on it and the non-working bathroom fan the second day, but they never showed.

Meet expectations, but didn't blow...

Liked: Breakfast was great, but the line got a little long at some of the items. Staff were very attentive and polite at all hours which was impressive. Beds were very comfortable. The ice machine and coffee bar were great.
Disliked: Our shower was stuck on hot and we couldn't adjust it no matter what we tried. The air conditioning was a little louder than average. The room seemed a little dim given the size.

It was excellent.
