Liked: I liked the location. The morning clerk was friendly and very helpful!
Disliked: The evening clerk was borderline rude. Not friendly and it seemed as if we were bothering her by checking in. Also the room had a bad odor.

We would stay again.

Liked: Staff was very kind to three year old Granddaughter. One of the better breakfasts provided in hotels. Several selections with great fresh fruit.

Liked: Fabulous staff, always pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Excellent quiet room.
Disliked: Currently the construction on the street leading into the hotel is under construction, making access even more difficult.

Very good

Liked: This is a smaller hotel so we didn?t deal with anyone being loud or noises from other rooms and we were on the first floor right by the pool and gym, so i expected to hear loud noises. The location was excellent for us as we were in town for a concert at the Walmart Amp, and it?s just two exits down. Under a 5 minute drive! I was also impressed with the shower and how hot the water got. The staff was very nice as well.
Disliked: The bed was much harder than I was expecting. I?ve stayed at Springhills in other cities and never had an issue with the beds at all. If you like a firm bed, you?ll have no issues staying here! We were also told that they would not be cleaning our room while we were there which was fine with us but when we returned the following day from activities, the bed was made and towels were gone. It wasn?t upsetting in the least, i just didn?t like being told no one would be in our room and then they were.

Disliked: The only thing we didn?t like was getting in and out of the hotel a lot of traffic
