Liked: The staff was pleasant,
Disliked: Hotel.com and Trivago both listed in indoor pool and jacuzzi, that needs to be addressed because I feel like I got misled there is no indoor pool or a pool of any kind, that should be addressed in the brochure because the only reason I stayed there was because it's supposedly had an indoor pool in it jacuzzi which was posted in hotel.com and Trivago. This needs to be addressed so other people like me don't get super disappointed because you didn't get what you asked for.Thank you for listening Christopher Norseworthy

Disliked: Needed a place to put my soap in the shower. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed

Disliked: Only one small elevator.Room smelled so damp and even got worse as we out the ac down to cool room. Mildew smelling Hard to sleep because of it .The door has a gap around it making the outside noise from the hall loud in the room .

Liked: Rooms are spacious and hotel is clean. Located in a convenient area, close to many places I need to go. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great.
Disliked: Room was muggy. Carpet was damp. Had to keep AC turned down to keep it from being so humid, so in turn it was freezing in there. Main TV broke in the middle of the night. Was flashing on and off and next morning it was dead.
