There are plenty of chill bars with local brews within a few blocks.

What People Say

Guests consistently praise the hotel’s friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and unbeatable location. Many mention how easy it is to walk to concerts, restaurants, and the waterfront. The historic building’s charm is also a highlight for travelers looking for something beyond a cookie-cutter hotel.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests noted that the elevators can be slow, especially during peak times. Others mentioned the lack of an on-site bar or restaurant, but the proximity to so many local options usually makes up for it.

The Bottom Line

For concert-goers looking for a stylish, central, and comfortable place to stay in Baltimore, SpringHill Suites offers great value and location without sacrificing peace and quiet.

I stay in Marriott’s religiously...

Disliked: The laundry room smelled like a sewer and we had to do laundry and our cloths smelled disgusting. I Asked for a late check out and housekeeping knocked on my door twice asking why I wasn’t out of the room.

Your emplyees were wonderful, front...

Liked: A little crowded, but not bad. Good variety of food choices.
Disliked: Requested no room cleaning during stay, but was cleaned three times. I don't like wasting plastic bags , changing towels etc and wasting resources. The neighborhood needed some work especially the uneven streets and broken curbstones. We walked everyday to the Convention Center and it was rough.

Nothing special, but this hotel...

Liked: Breakfast food and location were good. Coffee was hot and well-brewed. Scrambled eggs were passable, waffles were excellent. Wi-fi was easy and fast. Bathroom was clean. Room was quiet. Staff was friendly. Main (king size) bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The fold-out sofa bed was broken/bent, so its mattress did not lie flat and was hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast turkey sausages were not crispy.
