Liked: Employees were very courteous.
Disliked: Have stayed in several SpringHill Suites and this one in particular was the worse experience that I had so far. Bed sheets felt humid and room was very cold even though AC was turned-off. Couch cushion very old and very used, very uncomfortable. Bathroom body soap dispenser fall off the wall, as the screw was not tight to the wall. Very unsafe. Breakfast was somewhat under underwhelming and could be improved for a better guest experience, lacked variety and refinement. For a SpringHill suites, again, I was very disappointed with their quality and service. Needs improvement for sure.

Defiantly not value for money....

Liked: Convenient location for all my places of interest.
Disliked: Staff failed to communicate about essential information before check-in.-I was charged a security fee above my booking total which ruined my budget.- staff failed to tell me that I need to place a room cleaning service at the reception for my room to be cleaned daily or towels changed.- breakfast was bad & not enough sitting area for all guests.

I left disappointed at how...

Disliked: I think it is AWFUL that you have one employee BY HERSELF in charge of breakfast on a SUNDAY. She was doing everything she possibly could to make everyone happy but you need another person! That is just not right.
