The staff was nice but...

Liked: The staff was very nice
Disliked: There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which was inconvenient—especially for a room meant to accommodate five people.The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.The elevator was extremely slow.One of the elevators stopped working on the second day of our stay.The breakfast was disappointing—bland and with very limited options mostly being pork.

Expected more from this type...

Liked: The cleanliness and the friendly staff.
Disliked: - one elevator was not operating - both washers did not work- mold in my restroom - room door actuator not working

For the price not good

Liked: The front staff and room size
Disliked: Elevators didn't work right as well ice machine and washer and dryer didn't work and the room service was not good.

Great value, indoor pool is...

Liked: The room was nice and roomy there was a slight issue with the toilet. It would constantly refilled through the night as the flapper inside the tank needed replacement. Small issue advised the front.
Disliked: The indoor “heated” pool was cold, the kids and I still swam but if we chose this location due to it indoor heated pool, talked to staff and were told the pool was set by the manager and could not be raised. It was set to 77/78 which is not a heated pool, so many of our family did not swim.
