Mixed feelings about the stay

Disliked: The pull out bed was terrible the children choose to sleep on the floor. Check in staff did not explain anything. Just took my license and handed me a room key. The breakfast was gone and very slow to refill each morning they seem to not know how many guest they had to prepare for.

Disliked: We found this in one of the beds, and a complaint was sent to the General manager. However, no follow up from management.

Liked: Excellent staff, clean environment, nice breakfast, though they ran out of food. Overall, the experience was great. The elevators may need some air freshener.
