Disliked: Front desk new employee didn’t know or wasn’t doing job effectively

Exceptional

Excellent space, view and stay!

Liked: There was a spectacular view from our huge windows of Centennial Park, the Ferris Wheel and the Capital Building. The bathroom was the largest I have ever had at a hotel. Breakfast was amazing, so many options from waffles to oatmeal with all the fixings.
Disliked: The floor had hair on it which I think came from blowing around after cleaning. Nothing a Swiffer couldn't fix.

Liked: Less than a 2 minute walk from the Georgia Aquarium and Coca-Cola museum! Staff was extremely friendly and were able to check us in early. They had plenty of towels in the room and breakfast was delicious. Their local restaurant recommendations were spot on! Loved LOVED their Mellow Mushroom pizza recommendation.
Disliked: Housekeeping didnt come by our room to clean even when the door sign was not placed outside. I also didnt ask if it was upon request so I didnt mind too much but it would have been nice to get our trash bins taken out

Liked: Location was convenient. Stayed the night after a concert at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Disliked: There was visible damage to most of the furniture in the room. Headboard and side tables were scuffed up. Room 406. The bedside table had something once wet that was dried on it. It’s valet parking only which is $50. Our valet literally drove the car 20 feet around the pillar and gave attitude when we didn’t tip. Because he drove it 20 feet. Had to wait on him upon arrival for several minutes when dropping off and “picking up” our car. For nearly $300 on a Sunday night I would have liked a cleaner room. The bathroom door also did not lock or even really close. It’s a sliding door. The man at reception was nice.
