Loved the stay but not...

Liked: The property was good.
Disliked: I paid for my stay prior to showing through booking.com $152.06 and once I arrived I was charged an additional $152.06 at the property. I followed up, called booking.com and called the hotel and explained what was going on . Even sent them proof of being charged twice for the stay and I have yet to have this issue resolved or refunded. I keep getting the run around and promised to get a call back but nothing.

Disliked: The bathroom door didn't properly close or lock in the room. The housekeeper just walked into our room using her key. Without knocking or announcing herself.
