Liked: It was in a good location and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The power went out but it wasn’t out for very long. That had to do with the weather so it really wasn’t their fault. Paying for parking is what brought it down for me. The price should be included in the stay and not be a separate charge.

Liked: Convenience to Chastain Park Amphitheater and walking distance to restaurants. Free breakfast. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Our room had a weird smell and there were pieces of Cheetos on the floor. The loading/unloading area for cars/luggage was a huge cluster.

Very disappointed! For the location...

Liked: When I walked in, the front lobby was very nice, and the staff for the whole stay were super friendly.
Disliked: The bed itself was extremely firm and uncomfortable. There were stains on the carpet as well as on the pull-out bed. The bathrooms need to be upgraded because they are very outdated. The AC malfunctioned in both our rooms. We couldn't get our thermostat to go below 68 degrees, and it was even worse in the other room where our teenagers stayed. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The standard powdered eggs and sausage you get at even the cheaper hotels. Cereal, oatmeal, and a waffle iron were available as well. I understand hotels that charge a parking fee if they valet your car, but they do not, so be prepared to pay a $29 parking fee per night.

This hotel was very true...

Liked: I liked that the room was clean and the staff was helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast they served.
Disliked: My only problem was that online when I was booking it said that all fees were included in the total price and I ended up having to pay an extra fee when I got to the hotel. And the bathroom was a little outdated. Other than those small interferences, it was a pretty good stay.
