Disliked: I was told that your pool was working. When we got there, the pool was closed due to maintenance. Something that anybody could have told us. Please remember that next time, if there is one.

Liked: I didn’t have breakfast but the coffee was very good from the breakfast area.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that when I got there, not my credit card but booking.coms credit card was declined. I didn’t get into my room for an hour an a half. I was tired and ready to go straight to my room. I would appreciate it if you could speed up process of your card being declined, in fact I don’t know that I will be using booking any longer.

Liked: The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good Rooms were clean. We have been here because of illness, and had to attend classes for it. The nights were very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay
