Good but needs improvement staff...

Liked: Loved the location and the suite, but disliked how the staff double charged me after I paid on here and then showed up for check in and they couldn't find it first then tried to give me someone else's name. And then finally told me it was a security deposit but turns out she charged me the room rate. Disappointed in that and took my daughter's birthday dinner from her but other than that it was nice!
Disliked: Being double charged for a room I had paid in full already.

Liked: The room was fine. Bed’s comfortable. Location OK.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. Powdered eggs, stale cereal, closes down at 9:30. Not the best experience let’s say.

Go Somewhere Else!

Liked: Location is close to downtown Annapolis. Many resturants and shops nearby.
Disliked: What a waste of money! Property not well maintained. Tarnishes Marriott brand. Elevators sketchy. Moldy bathroom. Door lock mechanisms exposed. Housekeeping service every other day which required me to go to the desk for clean towels. Door lock mechanisms exposed. Pool and hot tub area poorly maintained with very limited access. Breakfast substandard. Parking via 3rd party and a QR code. Extremely overpriced water and snacks. Inconvenience after inconvenience. There are many other hotels nearby. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
