Super Sweet Stay

Liked: The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The pool is smaller and colder than expected. Also, it would be ideal if the sidewalk or walking trail connected to the promenade with all the stores and shops.

The location is good but...

Liked: The location and quick access to major highways is an asset, the beds were comfortable and the room very spacious.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was poor and I had trouble getting shampoo out of my hair. The noise from route 78 which was nearby was very loud in the mornings. Breakfast selection was OK but the quality was not. There were dark pubic hairs in the shower which did not belong to me or my husband. The air conditioning unit which is under the window blows very strong air towards the bed and there is no way to Control the vents. We had to pile up pillows next to us on that side to avoid freezing.

Liked: Horrible location, horrible room with horrible bed, cum stuck on the wall , loud people outside
Disliked: Nothing, this was horrible and expensive

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't as good as before. Eggs were wet.

The hotel felt brand new...

Liked: The location was perfect, the hotel was spotless, and the entire building felt brand new. Lovely and calm place to be.
Disliked: One of the elevators didn't work, which made for choice between awkward interactions with an elevator full of people, or the stairs with a broken foot.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were top notch, friendly and responsive both on the phone and in person. We will stay again
Disliked: Nothing. They were great
