Disappointing

Disliked: Cleanliness of pool on first night, then was shut down the remainder of trip.Didn’t receive fresh towels every morning.Didn’t see staff/housekeeping at all for entirely of trip (5 days)

Great staff. Great location. We...

Liked: No matter the time of day staff were helpful and courteous. My kids enjoyed the pool and said it was the perfect temperature. The breakfast hours were reasonable for early and late risers. We were traveling as a family to DC and this was a perfect location. We took the bus to the metro station, only five minutes away.
Disliked: Everything was as expected.
