Less than ideal experience staying...

Liked: This hotel is very close to the Huntington Metro stop which has ample parking, just pay attention to what side you enter the train platform on to avoid issues on your return. The hotel is very easy to get to from popular DC landmarks.
Disliked: The hours of the pool are not sufficient for travelers with children. Being out and about sight-seeing all day and then allowing time for dinner, the pool closing at 8 (despite being told it was 8:30) doesn't allow for much time there. The amount of towels in the pool area were definitely lacking and needed replenishment. Although the room itself was spacious and comfortable, the cleanliness of it was sub-par both upon our arrival and after housekeeping's single visit during our stay. The one time HK came, they changed towels (leaving a couple dirty ones behind) and emptied trash barrels (didn't take trash that was bagged up next to the barrel).The hotel also charges $10 per day to park your car... why? It is located in a suburban area outside of DC that essentially requires all travelers to drive to.

Disliked: I pay $200 for the room, and i am still paying for the car parking !!!There are not too many choices for the breakfast

Very good and clean except...

Liked: Breakfast was ok and location was good.
Disliked: Its advertising parking was included but charged $10.00 a day for parking.

Not a very restful vacation

Liked: Room was very nice and spacious. We had three kids and two adults.
Disliked: Several schools were staying in the hotel and the noise was beyond comprehension. Our lamps and tv were shaking. It was a stampede from the moment they returned each day. Management should not put the school children on top floors nor should they put on the same floors with other guests. We stayed for four nights and did not sleep. Pool closes early at 8:00 which is inconvenient when you have been in the city all day.

Disliked: One drawer in room for 3 people. Pool and jacuzzi down for two days.
