Liked: I'm not sure of her name but the older lady that checked us in Friday afternoon was amazing so friendly. The front desk staff who came on after her not friendly at all. The room was a decent size for my family and very clean. The location was also great
Disliked: The breakfast was not good at all. The milk that they have available in the small cartons was curdled. We poured the milk in our kids cereal and it came out chunky. The best part about breakfast was the waffle maker. The pool was closed which was a disappointment.

Pleasant

Liked: The location was close to two Metro stations, Huntington and the Eisenhower. We parked our vehicle and road the Metro into Washington DC. It was a perfect location. There was hot eggs and sausage for breakfast every morning, which saved on extra meals.
Disliked: The indoor pool was closed due to maintenance.

Superb

Good value for the size...

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, and breakfast was pretty good just chaotic and ran out of things quickly.
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi were closed due to maintenance and the kids were extremely disappointed since they were excited to swim.

Disliked: Your site said there was a shuttle provided by the hotel. There was not. They said you have ignored their request to remove that statement. We had booked for three nights. For medical reasons I had to leave after one night. They were unable to return any

Disliked: They advertised pool and hot tub!!! It wasnt open for use sbd they had no plans on fixing it during our 12 night stay!! I chose this hotel for those amenities.. we both have bad backs and i was counting on the hot tub daily!!! We deserve a discount
