Liked: 1.the gym2.the morning manager was willing to correct the mistake they made about the overcharge.
Disliked: Overall, the experience was unpleasant. 1. The men's restroom (one cubicle intended to serve the dining room, the sports room and the lobby) was broken all the days of our stay. 2. The receptionists were rude. 3. The breakfast was very poor, and even the little that was there ran out over an hour before the end of the breakfast and they did not refill it.

Disliked: The hotel charged the tax again although we paid it through booking.com in advace. Now we have to take the time to work with Booking.com to confirm if the tax was double charged.
