Liked: The location was really nice close to everything I needed
Disliked: It needs some TLC , the train is close so you hear it. The pillows are full pillows they are small squares like throw pillows. The breakfast slot is packaged but ran out of spoons and forks no restock the check in process is very slow.

Disliked: Needs major upgrades, elevators dirty, shower faucet falling apart, overall not clean, towels smelled bad

Liked: Staff is amazing. Zhana( front desk) and David ( engineering) went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable. Breakfast was great. No bugs around. Very clean unit and nice pool.
Disliked: If any cons I would say the bathroom has no fans and the train run shaking the building.

Disliked: We had to change rooms three times. First room had broken refrigerator. Second room had bugs in the sink drain. Third room was not a King suite as we had paid for. It had two double beds though we were told they were Queens. The desk clerk was nasty. Breakfast was awful.

Liked: The location was close to everything.
Disliked: Soon as me and my family checked in, my kids, wanted to get in the pool. We immediately change clothes and went down to the pool, leaving my 14-year-old son behind. He stated that a maintenance man came into the room to plunge the toilet and made a comment that it smelt like smoke and that could result in a fee. I immediately called the front desk to get a clear understanding as to what he was talking about and asked could they send the guy back to my room, now that I was in there. I asked him what odor did he smell because we didn’t smell any smoke. And explained that I literally had been in the room 20 minutes. He apologized and ask did we want to change rooms. I feel as if that was inappropriate. It really upset me. Other than that the hotel was good.
