Disappointing

Liked: The hotel was in a good location. It was convenient to restaurants and close enough to downtown Birmingham.
Disliked: My daughter noticed a cockroach in the lobby upon check-in and later one ran under my door and into the cabinet where the refrigerator was located. When I reported it to the front desk, they moved me to another room and promised me a discount on my room rate. I was allowed to move rooms, but I never received the refund.

Good Stay

Liked: Breaksfast was wonderful, good selections and the staff was friendly and pleasant at check in and checkout. I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay again!
Disliked: I needed tissue and an iron , I had to wàit a considerable amount of time to finally get both items.
