Superb

Liked: Room was large and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Gym & Pool very handy.
Disliked: Pool was a little cold.Our first American breakfast experience - Hot food had run out, but was replenished after mentioning it, but took quite some time to do so.

The state was very pleasant...

Liked: The bed is the actual comfortable and nice the beds were actual comfortable and nice. Breakfast was good...staff was nice...
Disliked: I wasn't able to stay at the SpringHill suites because they overbooked so I had to go to a different hotel by Marriott

Adjustments needed for travelers to...

Liked: Breakfast was cold. Oatmeal, eggs, sausage etc.
Disliked: The swimming pool was very cold. Whirlpool was dirty. Bath tub was clogged up. Water was flow down drain very slow
