Liked: Super sweet, accommodating, and the staff were doing great. The most part of the staff seemed to really care about your stay and everyone was very kind and great with my kids.
Disliked: The hotel was in terrible shape. They were remodeling but the floors, walls, elevators, fixtures, it was all just very damaged. It was clean though, and staff cared about the issues.

Disliked: ONE EPISODE WITH ANOTHER GUEST HAVING ISSUES W/ROOM AND EXTRA GUEST - SHE WAS BEING A LITTLE DISRUPTIVE IN THE LOBBY, BUT THE FRONT DESK HANDLED IT VERY WELL.
